Prepare the ingredients, and wash the cabbage and the smoked meat!

Cut in half along the lenght of the cabbage leaf stems!

Mix the minced pork, half part of finely sliced onion, garlic, half part of rice, egg, salt, pepper, paprika powder!

Stuff the cabbage leaf with the flavored minced pork: put the filling in the center of the leaf, lift up once from the leaf stalk, fold up the left side, and continue to fold up from the leaf stalk. Than the right side of the leaf plug in to the middle!

Put the half of sliced cabbage, smoked meat and stuffed cabbage! Than put the other half part of the sliced cabbage, other half part of the rice and remained sliced onion on the top!

Fill the pot with water and cook for 2 hours!

Take away the meat and the stuffed cabbage from the pot!

Make a hitch: warm oil, put into floor and fry for a few minutes. Take it off from the fire place and put into paprika powder. Add some water (approx. 50-100 ml).

Mix the hitch with the sliced cabbage!

Put the meat and stuffed cabbage back to the pot. It's ready! Serve with sour cream and bread!
