1/2 cupCarrots, chopped
1/2 cupRed Onion, chopped
3/4 tspChipotle, canned (optional)
2 tbspItalian Parsley, chopped
1/4 tspFresh Thyme
1Sea salt (to taste)
1Black ground pepper (to taste)
