Finely chop onion

In a kadai add oil, followed by onion and crushed garlic,

Cook till soft or till turn into pink colur

Add roughly chopped green chillies

Add kishmish, and walnuts mix well add little water and let it cook.

Now add chopped spinach and salt till cook water evaporates.

Serve with roti, paratha or as a main dish.
