Steps

Wash mushrooms 2-3 times in water. Cut in pieces.

Beat curd in a bowl.

Add all spices of marination. Mix well.

Add mushrooms. Mix all properly. Keep it aside to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile cut onions & tomatoes. Grind onions, garlic in a mixer grinder. Grind tomatoes and green chillies separately. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add cloves, cardamom, bay leaf. Saute it for a while.

Add onion paste. Saute until it turns into brown and starts leaving oil. Add tomatoes paste. Saute until it starts leaving oil. Add all dry spices. Saute all.

Add marinated mushrooms along with curd Masala. Stir all.

Add methi Leaves & 1/2 cup water. Mix all properly. Cover the lid and cook over medium to slow heat until mushrooms cooked.

Check it in between. Once mushrooms get tender. Switch off gas.

Serve with chapati or Jeera rice.
