Ingredients

  • 3Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 canCream of xxxx (chicken, cheese, mushroom, etc.) Soup
  • 2 canRotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 1/2 smallOnion, chopped
  • 1 packages8 oz. Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican Blend)
  • 1 packagesDoritos (Nacho Cheese, Taco, Salsa Verde, Cooler Ranch, etc)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Combine shredded chicken, Cream of xxxx Soup, Rotel and onion

  3. 3

    Crunch up 3/4 of the bag of Doritos and spread on bottom of 9x13 casserole dish

  4. 4

    Spread chicken mixture over Doritos then top with remaining chips

  5. 5

    Sprinkle shredded cheese over top

  6. 6

    Cook at 350°F for about 30 min or till heated through and cheese is melted
