Jins slow cooked anything stuffed chicken!

You can purchase pre stuffed or hollow chickens to complete this recipie, I have used all sorts of things. I have even stuffed a can of premixed burbourn into the chicken and it was A-DANG-MAGING! If you use an unstuffed chicken and want to make your own stuffing please feel free to do so or see "Jins stuff anything stuffing" But for this recipie I will be using lemon and honey in my stuffing

So first you need to fill the bottom of a deep roasting pan with about half a centimeter of water to keep chicken moist and you can akso make gravy with this later when your finished cooking!

Open up the back end of the chickens and make sure inside is hollow (if you are using a non pre stuffed chook) and place your stuffing into the chickens

Slice lemons into 3 parts longways. Remove rind. Sprinkle with a little bit of sugar.. Then 2 pieces also go into the chicken ONTOP of the stuffimg we just out into there. As for the honey, one table spoon goes into each chicken also, rub it ontop of the lemon and around the stuffing. Repeat with other chicken. Set aside leftover lemon.

Take some long skewers and close the back end of the chickens up. And place them into the roasting dish ready for skin prep!

Lightly spray the top of your chickens with cooking spray, if you do not wish to add any more fat than nessessary, otherwise, for more flavourful chicken you can rub a tablespoon of butter over the chicken.

Sprinkle the ground up pepper onto the chickens and then the rest of your herbs and the salt! Then lightly spray the chickens after to make sure all stays in place

With the garlic, peel them and drop them into the water for flavour, this will also help your gravy taste if you wish you make it. I like to akso throw the leftover lemons into the water aswell. For flavor and they smell really good!

Throw this into the oven on about 150celcius (302 fahrenheit) for about 2.5 hours or until the juice runs clear when stabbed.
