Orange malpua with Rabadi

Add Suji, maida, salt, soda, orange juice, milk, Malai and orange zest in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Heat ghee in a pan. Pour 1 ladle full of batter. Fry bottom side until golden brown colour.

Once done Flip carefully. Fry another side. Take it out from pan draining excess oil.

Transfer it on paper napkin.

Dip it in orange juice or syrup for 1-2 minute.

Transfer into serving plate. Pour some orange juice. Place malpua. Garnish with Rabadi and chopped Dry fruits.
