Add milk in a pan and boiled it.

Soaked almonds, cashews, poppy seeds and melon seeds for 5-6 hours.

Drain the water and make a paste of all soaked dry fruits.

Add rose petals, cardamom and black pepper corn in a mixer,make a powder.

Add sugar in boiled milk and butterscotch flavor and take a boil.

Now add dry fruits paste and rose petals powder and take 4-5 boil.

Put in freezer and cool it.

Serve cool and garnish with pistcho.
