Heat the pure ghee in a pressure cooker

Now add the mustard seeds, cumin, whole red chilli, hing and saute for 2 minutes on low flame

Now add the onions, carrots and capsicums and stir for 3 mins on high flame

Now add the turmeric (optional) and salt and mix well and add the daliya and tomatoes and mix well

Now add the water and mix well and cover the cooker 2 whistles
- 6
Let the pressure cool down itself and serve hot with pure ghee and pickle
