This recipe is very tasty ,it is usually prepared in every sindhi home.It is crispy and masledaar.it is called arbi.
Steps

Boil arbi in pressure cooker for 2 whistle and switch off gas.

When pressure is released peel the arbi.

Deep fry till golden on medium flame.

Take out and press little and again deep fry till crisp.

When fried add 1 tbsp oil and arbi in Kadai.
- 6
Mix all masalas and add in Kadai of arbi.

Stir light handed with spoon so that the masalas coat on arbi and are sauteed too.

Serve hot with chapati or rice or else can be had as starter too.
