Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1large onion
  2. 1large bell pepper (red or yellow)
  3. 2large carrots (diced)
  4. 1small cup of boiled peas
  5. 1small cup of boiled French beans (cut up to desired lengths)
  6. 1 headbroccoli
  7. 1 headcauliflower
  8. 1large courgette (diced)
  9. ¹/8 of a cabbage (cut up into large pieces)
  10. 2tomatoes
  11. Salt
  12. Tumeric powder
  13. Black pepper
  14. Coconut cream (optional)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put some little oil in a sufuria and fry the onion and bell pepper

  2. 2

    Add carrots and cover the food on low heat for about 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the boiled peas and French beans and cover again for another 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the broccoli, cauliflower (cut up the heads by separating it at the base of the buds), and courgettes. Turn the food and cover still on low heat for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add the cabbage and tomatoes, turn the food and cover for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Add salt, tumeric, black pepper (black pepper helps in absorption of tumeric into the body which is a powerful antibiotic)

  7. 7

    Leave it for 2 minutes and serve with a protein of your choice and/or milk
