  • 2 packagesMccormick chilli spice mix
  • 2 can14 oz diced tomatoes c green chilies
  • 2 can8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 slicecut up bacon
  • 2 eachbeef bullion cubes
  • 1 tbspdried basil leaves
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspground garlic
  • 2 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tbspdried parsley

    brown ground beef and sausage

    add all spices

    add all tomatoes and sauces

    add beer

    boil and then simmer for at least two hours
