Ingredients

  • 4boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 canCream of celery
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 boxbox rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown chicken in oil for about 5 mins on each side.

  2. 2

    Mix cream of celery soup with water and pour over chicken breast.

  3. 3

    Cover, simmer for 15-20min. Take extra sauce and pour over chicken and rice.
