Cooking Instructions

wash the pork chops make sure bone pieces are off

put spices and flour in a bag shake mixing well add chops shake coating the chops
- 3
heat oil in a pan enough to put in pan about 1/4 inch deep or 8mm deep with oil
- 4
fry turning as needed 2-3 minutes each side keep repeating till done
- 5
when done frying reserve oil for gravy
