Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbBeef flank
  2. 3 tbspLemon juice
  3. 2 tbspDijon mustard
  4. 2 tbspWooster sauce
  5. 2 eachGarlic cloves - minced
  6. 1 eachHorseradish sauce - kraft bottled
  7. 1 1/4 cupMayo
  8. 1 bunchFinely chopped green onions
  9. 2 tbspDijon mustard

Steps

  1. 1

    Score surface of steak with shallow diagonal cuts at 1 inch intervals - making diamond shapes - both sides.

  2. 2

    Place marinade in a large resealable bag

  3. 3

    Add steak - marinade 8 hours - or over night

  4. 4

    Grill steak

  5. 5

    Let rest 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Thinly cut across grain

  7. 7

    Mix last 4 ingredients for sauce
