Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 lbBeef flank
  • 3 tbspLemon juice
  • 2 tbspDijon mustard
  • 2 tbspWooster sauce
  • 2 eachGarlic cloves - minced
  • 1 eachHorseradish sauce - kraft bottled
  • 1 1/4 cupMayo
  • 1 bunchFinely chopped green onions
  • 2 tbspDijon mustard

Steps

  1. 1

    Score surface of steak with shallow diagonal cuts at 1 inch intervals - making diamond shapes - both sides.

  2. 2

    Place marinade in a large resealable bag

  3. 3

    Add steak - marinade 8 hours - or over night

  4. 4

    Grill steak

  5. 5

    Let rest 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Thinly cut across grain

  7. 7

    Mix last 4 ingredients for sauce
