Potato ko pani se wash karein. Phir cooker me pani our salt dal ke 3 se 4 whistle me boil kijiye.

Phir thanda hone par chilke nikal ke kat lijiye ab ek kadhai me oil dal ke garam karein. Garam hojaye to usme rai dal ke chatakaye.

Phir hing dale. ab kate huye potatoes dal ke mix karein. ab uper bataye sabhi masale, sugar and lemon juice our salt dal ke mix karein thodi der pakaiye.

Ab gas bandh karein or Dhaniya patti se garnish karein.

Bhungra ko bhi garam oil me dip fry karein.
Bhungra ke bich me aaloo ko lagake khaye.
