Ingredients

10 mins
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1/2tomato
  • 1/2Red Onion
  • 1/2Cucumber
  • tbspolive oil
  • 1 headRed Leaf Lettuce
  • 1/2Red Tomato
  • 1 tspOnion& Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tbspFeta Cheese
  • 1/4 headCauliflower (OPTIONAL)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash& chop up your Lettuce. Put into a LARGE bowl.

  2. 2

    Cut up your halves of tomatoes, onions and cucumber. OPTIONAL: Add the Cauliflower for crunch. Toss on top of the lettuce

  3. 3

    Toss the feta on top and sprinkle on the seasoning.

  4. 4

    On top of the sald Use a fork to squeeze out the lemon. Squeeze it all around. If you don't want it TOO LEMONY. Squeeze only a 1/4 of the lemon.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle the Olive Oil all over. Now toss/mix the salad and it is ready to eat!! Feeds 2 super hungry people!!
