.....Sabse pahle Soya chank Ko water me daal dege kuch time ke liye.Ek pressure cooker me hing, ginger,garlic, pumpkin, onion,tomato,soya milk daal kar 1 whistle hone tak cook kat lege bhi ear cool hone dege.

Ise blender me blend kat lege bhi sabji ki puree Bana lege..

Baad ek pan me Tamrind puree Ko 2-3 min. tak cook karenge bhi sare masala daal dege. I fir isme puree Ko add kar dege.3-4 min.

... Esme soya chanks Ko daal kar extra 4-5min. tak paka lege.. Isme chopped coriander leaves daal dege.

.Serve karte time bhi coriander leaf bhi red chilli upar se garnish kar dege. Ho gayee oil free sabhji tayar.

Isse Garms garamroti ke saath serve karenge 😍😍.!!!!
