Peel yam, cut and wash then set aside; Roughly blend Pepper and onions then set aside in a pot

Boil yam, allow it cook; Add fresh fish once it’s almost Tender

Add seasoning Cube, salt, onion, crayfish, Pepper stir and cover the pot, turn off heat after 5 minutes and serve

Add palm oil then stir. After four minutes add scent leaf then turn off heat. Allow the heat cook the scent leaf then serve
