Steps

Heat a pan and add the grated pineapple and cook till most of the moisture evaporates.

Lower the flame and add sugar + cardamom powder and mix well

Cook for 3 – 4 minutes,till the sugar melts and the mixture thickens.Off the flame.

Once you are able to handle the mixture,start rolling it into small balls with greased hands.

Roll it over desiccated coconut and keep a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Store these ladoos in airtight container.
Ladoos are ready to serve.
