Ingredients

2 servings
  • 8 1/3 ozPumpkin
  • 5garlic cloves
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 1 tbspspices
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1chicken stock or vegetable stock for better taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and cut the pumpkin into small pieces as well as the garlic.

  2. 2

    Let cool for 10 mins then blend the whole mixture.

  3. 3

    Check salt and pepper. Heat if needed.

  4. 4

    Add some decoration on top and serve.
