Steps

Mix marinade ingredients.

Combine shrimp and marinade in resealable plastic bag. Squish to distribute marinade.

Let sit 1-4 hours. If marinading more than an hour, refrigerate.

Skewer shrimp and put in a rack in the refrigerator to dry for 30 mins.

Remove 30 mins before grilling to come to room temperature.

Sprinkle with salt and crushed red pepper and lightly coat with olive oil.

Grill over hot coals for 6 mins or until pink and kissed by flames.

Serve with limes and coronas!
