PANEER chilli is a very popular Chinese dish relished by young and old. Consisting of PANEER and green capsicum. I have made with all the 3 coloured bell peppers and made sauce with corn flour soya sauce vinegar and lemon juice.

PANEER chilli is a very popular Chinese dish relished by young and old. Consisting of PANEER and green capsicum. I have made with all the 3 coloured bell peppers and made sauce with corn flour soya sauce vinegar and lemon juice.
Steps

Wash and chop all the vegetables.

Chop paneer in cubes

Chop garlic very fine
- 4
Make a paste of corn flour with some water
- 5
Heat a non stick pan and roast chopped garlic
- 6
Add all the capsicums and toast for 3 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, Cummings powder, ginger and green chilli.

Add paneer cubes

Add soya sauce, vinegar and lemon juice to corn flour paste.

Add the paste to the vegetables and paneer. Add 1/2 cup water to increase the gravy.

Add sesame seeds and onion and garlic stalks

Serve hot
