Mix the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, sweetener, and banana (mashed or sliced) together in a mason jar or other sealable airtight container.

Place container in the fridge over night or for at least 5 hours.
- 3
Remove from fridge and add nuts, granola, and/ or chocolate chips
