1/2 cupbrown sugar
1 canwhole cranberry sauce
2apples
1 pinchsalt & pepper
2 tspminced garlic
1 cupcranberry, apple or cranapple juice

place loin in crockpot

core and peel apples

rough chop apples

place remaining ingredients into crockpot

stir around to evenly distribute ingredients

place lid on crockpot, set on low

allow 7.5 to 8 hrs cook time

ensure internal temp is at least 150°

served over a rice dish is the best!
