I saw this recipe on one of those fitness adds on Facebook, however, it only called for 2 bananas and 2 eggs! So I modified it to this. My husband is not a big fan of bananas but he absolutely loves these. Enjoy! =D

I saw this recipe on one of those fitness adds on Facebook, however, it only called for 2 bananas and 2 eggs! So I modified it to this. My husband is not a big fan of bananas but he absolutely loves these. Enjoy! =D

Preheat pan; blend all ingredients except for 1/4 cup of oatmeal.

After blending, add the last 1/4 cup oatmeal and just pulse twice to blend it in, it just adds a little texture to the batter.

Spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray; then pour some batter into the pan and slightly shake it to spread the batter. It will be very liquidy, but will set nicely once starts cooking.

Pancake will bubble in the middle, that's normal. Give it about a minute, then shake the pan to loosen it. If it doesn't move, then it's not ready to flip. About 20 sec later, shake it again and it should be loose. Do not wait too long or it will burn.

Remove the pancake and cover with a clean towel to keep warm. Enjoy with a touch of Nutella or your favorite syrup! ^_^
