Ingredients

3-4 person
  • 1 kgmilk
  • 70 gm Basamati rice
  • 2 tspChashews chopped
  • 1 tspRaisins
  • 1/2cup gorgo nut chopped
  • 4-5Cardamon (peel and gride)
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 1 tspChironji
  • 2-3 tspKadukas Kara coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Milk ko bhagona main daal kar boil karna ka liya rakh digiya.

  2. 2

    Aap rice ko wash karke half an hour ka liya water main loom karke rakh digiya.

  3. 3

    Milk main ubal aana ka baad loom kara hua rice ko milk main daal digiya, milk ko spoon sa chalaya aur kheer main ubal aana ka baad flame ko low kar digiya. Low flame par banayi gayi kheer gayada tasty banti hai aur kheer ko aap har 2-3 minute main chalate rahiya. Jab rice soft ho gaya tho Chashews, raisins, gorgo nut,chironji daal digiya.

    Kheer banana main 1 hour ka time lagta hai. Ab aap dekhata Hai rice aur dry fruits bhi soft ho Gaya Hai. Aur kheer gain ho gayi ha. Kheer main sugar aad karke 2-3 minutes tak pakaiya. Ab aapki kheer ready ho gayi ha. Gas of kar digiya aur isma cardamon aur kadukas Kara coconut mila digiya

    Kheer ko bowl ma nikal ligiya. Garam-garam parosiya aur khaiya...........
