  • 6chicken breast on the bone
  • 3 tbspflour
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 2 tbsppeprika
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1/4 cupcanola oil
  • In the Crock Pot
  • 1green pepper
  • 1 largeonion
  • 1 candiced tomato with juice
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1remaining chicken juice in skillet
  • 2 cupchicken broth
  • lemon rice
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1crushed red pepper
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1lemon zest

Steps

  1. 1

    Toss chicken in flour, garlic, peprika, salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Cool in skillet for 5min each side

  3. 3

    Place onion, green pepper, diced tomato and chicken to crock pot

  4. 4

    Add the sauce to the crock pot

  5. 5

    Cool for 4 hours on low

  6. 6

    Cook rice when Spanish chicken is almost finished
