50 gmButter
50 gmButterscotch lce cream
1 tspLemon juice
2Egg
1 tspLemon juice

Sieve the flour and baking powder
2

Beat egg and sugar till bubble rise
3

Add beaten egg into flour and mix in fold method
4

Mix Butter and ice cream Butterscotch add lemon juice and mix to the flour mixture
5

Bake at 180 degree for 20min
6

Cut into pieces and garnish with icing sugar
