Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchItalian parsley (about one cup)
  2. 3 tbspWhite wine vinegar
  3. 1/4 cupEVOO
  4. 1/4 cupVeganaise
  5. 3 tbspWater
  6. 1 tbspXylitol
  7. 1/2 tspCoarse sea salt
  8. 1/4 tspFreshly ground pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until puréed. Keeps well in a jar in the fridge for up to a week. Makes 1 1/4 cups
