At first cut both the gourd and pumpkin into thin slices

Now fry the lentil dumplings and keep aside

Add oil in the heated pan and temper the whole seeds and chopped green chillies

As it start to crackle add the gourd and pumpkin slices

Add salt and turmeric powder and saute it well

Cover it with the lid and keep the flame low

Stir it occasionally and add the cumin and dhaniya powder mix well and cover again again

As the veggies get cooked remove the cover and saute well

At this stage add the pumpkin seeds paste and lentil dumplings,mix well

Finally add sugar mix well and switch off the flame
