Marinate the pork with gochujang sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and chopped garlic. Let it sit for 30-40 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Once the pan is hot, stir-fry the pork until almost cooked.

Add the onion and stir-fry until the onion is soft and translucent. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Serve.
