Ingredients

15 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 10eggs
  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 1-2 tsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tspwhite vinegar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1-2 tsppomegranate kernals
  • 1 tbspchopped capsicum& tamatoes
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Place eggs in a pan and cover with enough water. Heat on high until water begins to boil.

  2. 2

    Then turn the heat to low and cook until egg boiled.

  3. 3

    Rinse under cool water.

  4. 4

    Crack the egg shells and peel, slice the eggs in half lengthwise removing yolks to a bowl.

  5. 5

    Place the whites on a serving platter.

  6. 6

    In a bowl mash the yolks add mayonnaise,vinegar,salt,ketchup, pomegranate kernels mix well.

  7. 7

    Evenly pour mixture with the help of teaspoon into the egg whites.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle black pepper powder, coriander leaves garnish with fried cheese.. Ready to serve deviled egg..
