2 canenchilada sauce (mild, medium or hot, choose your preference, but we prefer hot!)
1 packagesmexican mix shredded cheese
1 cansmall tomato paste
1 packagesburrito size tortilla shells

Preheat oven 350°. Brown hamburger. Drain grease. Heat enchilada sauce, add tomato paste. Cover bottom of baking dish with small amount of sauce. Cover each tortilla with small amount of sauce. Place in pan & fill with meat & cheese. Roll up tortilla. Cover rolls with rest of sauce, lots of cheese, & remainder of meat. Cook for 20 min or until cheese is melted.
