I like to use avocados and mangos that are not overly ripe and still have good texture so they don’t mash. I cut all the ingredients up and add the amount I think is a good balance so you might use a little less of something than the other.

  2. 1avocado diced
  3. 1/4 cupfine chopped red onion
  4. 1large jalepeno fine chopped
  5. juice of 1 lime
  6. Evo (couple glugs)
  7. Kosher salt (couple pinches)
  8. Cilantro (1/4 cup chopped
