Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupbutter
  2. 3 tbspall purpose flour
  3. 2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1 tsppepper
  5. 2 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 8 ozcream cheese
  7. 1 cupshredded Parmesan cheese
  8. 12 ozlinguine
  9. 3 cupcubed cooked chicken
  10. 4 ozdiced green chiles

Cooking Instructions

    in saucepan melt butter

  2. 2

    stir in flour, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth

  3. 3

    gradually add milk, bring to a boil. stir and cook for two min or until thickened. reduce heat

  4. 4

    add cream cheese and Parmesan. stir and cook for 8-10 min or until cheese is melted

  5. 5

    cook linguine. Add chicken and chilies to cheese sauce. cook till heated thru

  6. 6

    drain linguine. top with chicken mixture
