  1. 1 tbspolive oil
  2. 2 clovegarlic
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 packagesandouille sausage
  5. 2 cupchicken broth
  6. 14 1/2 ozdiced tomatoes
  7. 1/2 cupmilk
  8. 8 ozelbow pasta
  9. 1 cuppepper jack cheese
  10. 1kosher salt
  11. 1black pepper

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic(minced), onion(diced) and sausage, and cook, stirring frequently, until sausage is lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

    Stir in chicken brown, tomatoes, milk and pasta; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 12-14 minutes.

    Remove from heat and top with cheese. Cover until cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately
