Still remember the taste of these made by my Mother.
Steps

Make a powder of the roasted dry fruits in a blender.

Make a mixture of milk, honey, fennel seeds, sugar and Cardamom powder.

Take wheat flour in a bowl,add mawa,dry fruits powder.Knead into a dough using milk, honey, Cardamom mixture.

Make small balls, roll out each into square parantha shape.
- 5
Cook on both sides with ghee.
- 6
Enjoy with pickles,curd.It can be stored for a long time.
