mix all ingredients (plus salt an pepper 2 )taste

make fist size balls(or a little smaller)40-50

wrap in cabbage leaves

layer 2 or 3 bags of kraut on bottomof big roaster

place pigs in roaster

cover with remaining sourkraut

place slab of ribs over top season acordingly

bake at 250 for 6 hrs (covered)
