Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoonsahi jeera
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper corns
  • 1/2 teaspoonwhite pepper corns
  • 8-9 podsgreen cardamoms
  • 4-5cinnamon sticks
  • 3-4black cardamoms
  • 1nutmeg
  • 2javitri
  • 3dry red chilli
  • 1 tablespoonfennel seeds
  • 2-3star anise

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast all the ingredients on a low flame

  2. 2

    Cool it a little

  3. 3

    Grind it to a fine powder

  4. 4

    Keep it in a air tight bottle and use per your requirement
