Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, eggs, and salt together.

While stirring add a little water at a time until the dough is smooth, but not to stiff. (If large eggs are used, then use less water as needed).

Continue to beat dough until it rises.

Heat up a large pot of salt water to a boil and add the oil to it.
- 5
Fill up the grater with part of the dough and grate the noodle into the boiling water.
- 6
Remove noodles when they float to the top and then continue to use up the remainder of the dough.
