Ingredients

  1. 4 ozSalmon (4 pieces)
  2. 3 tbspDijon mustard
  3. 1Salt and pepper to taste
  4. 1/4 cupItalian style dry bread crumbs
  5. 1/4 cupButter, melted

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line shallow baking pan w/ aluminum foil

  2. 2

    Place salmon skin-side down on foil. Spread thing layer of mustard in top of each filet, season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Mix melted butter with bread crumbs than spoon ontop of salmon

  4. 4

    Baked for 15min or until salmon flakes easily with a fork
