Soak rice, fenugreek seeds and daal fir 4 hours.

Now blend it with water and boiled rice make smooth paste.

Take water only that can cover rice, boiled rice,daal and fenugreek seeds.

Now keep it in covered bowl,which is batter's double size bowl in warm place for 8 hours.

Now heat dosa Tawa and pour one laddle batter in middle.

Now Spread batter in circular motion and make things dosa.

Now sprinkle oil in corners of dosa.

Cook it in medium flame.

When it starts leaving tawa. And turns to golden in colour.

Roll it and take it out.

Serve hot with Coconut chutney.
