  1. flour
  2. 2 cupflour
  3. eggs
  4. 4eggs
  5. coating
  6. 2 cupbread crumbs
  7. 1 cupgrated parmesan
  8. 4 tbsplemon pepper

  1. 1

    Get 3 seperate bowls. In the first bowl goes the flour. In the second bowl goes the eggs (make sure they are beaten). In the third bowl goes the actual coating mixture.

    Flatten chicken breast

  3. 3

    Take chicken breast and place it in flour. Make sure it is entirely coated.

  4. 4

    Take the flour coated chicken breast and place it in the egg yolk. Again make sure it is entirely coated.

  5. 5

    Take the egg coated chicken and cover it in the bread crumb coating.

  6. 6

    Melt a lot of butter in a pan and fry each side of the chicken until it is browned.

  7. 7

    Finish chicken in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle lemon juice on the chicken and it is ready to serve.
