Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 handfulgreen peas
  • 10fingers of carrots
  • 2 sachetgino curry powder
  • Offal stock
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 cubesknor chicken
  • 1hand ful of green beans
  • 1/2milk cup of kings oil
  • 2 cupsrice (mama gold)
  • 1onion bulb (medium sized)

Steps

    Par- boil the rice till it softens a bit for 15mins. Wash and set aside

  2. 2

    Chop the vegetables and set aside

  3. 3

    Wash, and steam the offals adding salt, onion, and curry...

  4. 4

    Steam for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and set the stock aside....Chop the offals in small bits

  6. 6

    Put the oil in your frying pan and heat along with the chopped meat and slices of onions.

  7. 7

    Add other vegetables and heat for 15 mins.. adding your curry and maggi

  8. 8

    Remove from heat and add to the parboiled rice..mix thoroughly.....and put back on the heat adding the stock

  9. 9

    Allow for 5mins...

  10. 10

    Serve hot....
