Take a jar put green chilli and chopped coriander and grind it and keep aside

Take a pan put some oil and heat it Now put cumin seeds, bay leaf,green &black cardamom,pathar pool, cinemmon stick, cashew,black pepper stir well

Now add grated kairi, sliced onions and chopped capsicum and coriander chilli paste stir it and cook for 3-4 minutes

Now add cooked rice and mix well
Now add salt,garam masala and chopped coriander,raisin and mix well cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame - 5
Kairi pulav is ready garnish with chopped coriander and cashew

Serve with fresh curd or raita

You may add 1 spoon ghee to make more
