1 tspGaram masala

1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Cut paneer, onion, capsicum into square shape, take curd add ginger - garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchur powder, chaat masala, marinate for 30 min, take a skewer put paneer, onion and capsicums one by one and cook from all the sides.
