Firstly in a pan add milk and let it boil mean while add water to corn flour and make a thin flowing liquid mix then add it to boiled milk slowly by mixing it and be careful no lumps are formed then a thik creamy consistency we will get add sugar and mix well, after the sugar is melted add 1tbsp ghee and when it forms a single lump switch off the flame and transfer it to a greased plate and let it cool down for 1hr.

Now take cornflour and add water and make a thick paste.

Now cut the cooled sweet in to into even pieces with a greased knife.

Take a wook and heat oil for deep fry, take the sweet pieces and dip them in to the corn flour paste and roll them in bread crumbs and rest them for 5min in deep freezer and later fry them for 1/2min until they are red brown and take them on a paper towel and later transform them to the serving plate.
