Kachhi keri wali kaddu ki sabji

In a kadai, put oil and let it get hot. Add jeera and after it splutters add cuted kaddu and green chilies. Always remember kaddu with chilka is very healthy so try to keep chilka. Cover and cook.

Once kaddu is fried/cooked for 5/7 minutes add kacchi keri and cook nicely by occasionally stirring. For 5/7 more minutes.

Add salt, lal mirch powder, saunf and mix well. Let it cook for 3/4 minutes more so that all masalas are nicely coated to the kaddu and kacchi keri.

Kacchi keri wali Kaddu ki sabji is ready to serve.
