Ingredients

5 person
  • 2 cupripe banana
  • 1/2 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 tspvenilla essence
  • 1/2choco chips
  • 1/2 cupcream or malai
  • 3 tbssugar or as per taste
  • 1/4 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients (except cream and choco chips)in mixer jar

  2. 2

    Blend it properly

  3. 3

    Now add cream or malai and blend for 30 sec

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture in to the ice cream tin and sprinkle the choco chips

  5. 5

    Cover the tin with foil and freeze it for 6to 8 hours

  6. 6

    Banana chocolate ice cream is ready to serve
